Originally constructed in 1981, this 125,000 square foot office building was repositioned to attract new, high profile tenants and integrate with its newly updated counterparts in the Marina Edge campus. The new design, featuring energy-efficient cladding, entry canopies, landscape, and signage, establishes an architectural presence that is both distinguishable and respectful of the surrounding neighborhood. A 6,000 sf addition and a new entry were developed to highlight a portion of the building as a creative office, giving it a unique identity that sets it apart from the medical uses that occupy the rest of the building. This is a collection of 4 suites, each designed to accommodate open office tenants and includes collaborative lounge areas, conference rooms, and private outdoor courtyards and balconies. The overall design connects 13160 Mindanao with the rest of the campus through carefully articulated architectural gestures, continuity of materials and the creation of public outdoor space.
