Referencing the existing Spanish revival building on site, the rhythmic articulation of the facades is appropriately scaled to create a pattern over the facade that doesn’t become too transparent in respect to the surrounding context. The building fenestration is primarily designed with corner windows at the residential units to create depth across the north and south facades while maximizing the interior views out to the Los Angeles skyline and Hollywood Hills. This residential tower consists of 22 stories featuring 343 studios and one-bedroom apartments. The residents will have access to a 7,210-square-foot rooftop deck, as well as a fitness center, a business center, and a lounge.
