HansonLA obtained entitlements for this 34-story high-rise located in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles. Broadway@4th was the first new high-rise on Broadway in more than a generation. The project was the first building designed under Broadway’s new historic guidelines; therefore, was held to the highest standards through design and development and set the precedent against which all future buildings will be measured. Douglas Hanson, FAIA, designed this building which will house approximately 450 units and parking for over 500 bicycles. The amenity deck included a pool, fitness center, and outdoor entertaining space.
