The goal of this project is to reposition a 1980s office building as a contemporary, creative office complex. The proposed execution includes a mixture of facade upgrades and interior improvements to create an updated, amenity rich space. An old red brick exterior will be replaced with strategically cut, naturally colored panels to allow the building to blend into its surrounding landscape. Reimagined entries to the parking lot and building will create improved circulation for occupants and visitors. Outdoor patios, fire pits, and game areas to provide additional space for creative collaboration. All proposed modifications create maximum change within a limited budget.
