This project is located on the Wilshire corridor opposite Lafayette Park. Its massing allows for views of the downtown skyline, Hollywood Hills, and the adjacent park. Inspiration for the articulation of the facade came from random patterns of sunlight shining through the park’s trees. The strong lines of the balconies are a nod to the energy and layout of the neighborhood.
