This 16,000 square foot office interior caters to 64 employees at an international ad agency’s Santa Monica branch. The primary space features a double-high lobby and integrates two conference rooms, a kitchen, and staff gathering area. Creative work rooms overlook the reception area from the second-floor mezzanine. The ground floor includes two main circulations called ‘the 405’ and ‘the 10,’ due to the office’s location near both freeways. These circulations accommodate all employees in one large office work area, organized to facilitate an energized workflow and inspire creative collaboration.
