The Lofts at Concerto, located on Flower Street, have five floors of one- and two-bedroom condominiums, and ground level retail space. The facade is characterized by its bold, nearly black color and large bay windows. Each residence boasts a city, pool, garden, or paseo view.

The sculptural articulation at the north end becomes the façade the defines one of the edges of the small pocket park. At the ground level a small flower shop opens to both the street and park.
