Sochin Lee joined HansonLA in 2021 as an accomplished Operations professional skilled in driving front-office functions, redesigning and optimizing operational workflows, and developing strong team dynamics that support effective operations and organizational loyalty. She prioritizes cross-functional collaboration with an emphasis on communication with the goal of streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.

Throughout her career, Sochin has partnered with Executives in a diverse range of business areas including operations, finance, sales and marketing, and IT which has enabled her to hone and implement her leadership and management skills. With a thoughtful and analytical mindset, Sochin is committed to guiding businesses toward sustainable success ensuring financial stability and operational excellence.

Outside of the office, Sochin enjoys spending time with her family (including 2 dogs), weightlifting, and yoga.
