104 Live Work Units
Site Area: 58,975 sf
The design for this mixed-use project, located at the south end of the Arts District near the Los Angeles river, was inspired by turn of the century masonry buildings in the area and the edginess of the surrounding neighborhood. The innovative design for this mixed use project will incorporate two free standing buildings: one is categorized as live-work and the other will be commercial office. For rent retail will wrap around the ground floor of both buildings. An art wall along the street will simultaneously add a distinguishing feature to the project and cohesion to the Arts District neighborhood. All eight floors of the commercial building and 104 residential units are proposed to feature open floor plans. Residential amenities will include a rooftop pool, fitness center, yoga space, and community rooms.
