One of the primary goals of the design is to reflect the local vernacular but incorporate a modern interpretation. Located at the intersection of 5th Street and Seaton Street, this building site is connected to one of the most favorable commercial areas in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. The design of the ground floor will reflect and radiate that energy.
