4727 @ Park Mile is a project that repositions a 1970s midrise commercial office building into a multifamily residential building. The Scope of work included the exterior and interiors. The redesign of the façade uses materials, shapes and colors that will connect the largest building in the neighborhood to the traditional style and scale of the large homes of Hancock Park that surround the site. The approach to the interiors references the classic design of many of the adjacent homes but leans to timelessness and quality finishes. The amenities feature a traditional Hammam, Business Center and Fitness Room.
