HansonLA is developing the masterplan for this mixed-use project. Multiple buildings throughout the area will revitalize the Boyle Heights neighborhood. The anchor of the project, the Sears Distribution Center, built in 1927 is currently under construction repositioning it’s 1.8 million square feet into creative office and live-work space. The Mail Order District is located adjacent to the historic Sears Distribution Center, will include 120 hotel rooms, 1,500 residential units, 100,000 square feet of space dedicated to retail, and parking for over 3,500 cars.
