3,575 sf two story penthouse unit with outdoor roof terrace located on level 21 and level 22 of a 151-unit multi-residential condominium project at the corner of 11th and Grand in downtown Los Angeles. Full interior design services including, but not limited to, living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor roof terrace. Within the spaces on PH1 all interior finishes, millwork, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and FF&E are included as part of the design.
