4509 Glencoe is a converted 25,000 square foot laboratory and office space, repurposed for an e-commerce health food company. The interior and exterior renovations to this building allow for a single tenant, contemporary space that encourages a collaborative office environment. In addition to architectural improvements; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were also upgraded. The focal point of the design is a floating conference room with highly reflective stainless steel sides that create an abstract form which highlights the office’s double-heigh ceilings. Other interventions in the space include two additional conference rooms, strategically located bistros, and a sunroom.
